i feel like i haven’t worked out in the longest.
actually besides working i know i havent. (ive worked 11 hour days on 7 of those 9 days)
its been 9 days since ive done strenous exercise.
Ive been eating well for the most part but im just so tired all the time.
i know thats an excuse and all but its the truth.
im thinking about selling all my electronics except my iphone...
